In an area near the University of Minsk, previously restricted to greenery, the design proposal calls for a high-tech park integrating most of the existing buildings. The design process included prolonged negotiations with national infrastructure companies in order to accommodate specific economic needs and strict local laws. The first office building was successfully built and leased to local companies.
